- Use the site in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful;
- Use the site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the site or impairs its availability or accessibility;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system;

You may view, download, and print content from the site for your own personal or internal business use, provided you do not modify it and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.
You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent.

4. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information. Nothing on the site is intended to constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice, and you should obtain appropriate advice before acting on any information provided.
5. Free assessments
From time to time we make available website assessments – that you may request through forms on the site. The reports generated by these assessments are provided for information only, are based on technical checks against publicly available signals, and do not constitute professional advice outside a formal contract. Cressive accepts no liability for any action taken, or not taken, in reliance on the content of a free assessment report.
6. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the paragraph above, we will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage;
- Any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings;
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
8. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We provide these links for convenience only and have no control over the content of those sites or resources. Your use of any third-party site is subject to the terms and privacy policies of that site.
9. Your privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site, to our services, or to applicable law. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of that part.
