When you are using Cressive DX products, including this website, Cressive Ltd. is the data controller but you control your data, Cressive DX and only Cressive DX will have access to it; we will not share it with anyone, nor use it in any way inconsistent with our providing our business services to you.

We collect and use your personal data only when you use Cressive DX products, or we send you emails about our products or newsletters, or you enter your personal details into our website. In each you will have opted in to our knowing, holding and using your personal data.

The standard personal data of yours that we will hold is: your name, email address, and the company you work for. For your security, we keep an encrypted record of your login password. This will enable us to provide our products to you securely.

If we’ve been lucky enough to have meet you or corresponded with you, then we may have details of interactions with us including: your use of our products, emails exchanged, or perhaps meeting notes. This will enable us, and solely be used, to provide a business service to you.

Data security matters to all of us and we will endeavour to treat your data with the strict care it deserves and take all appropriate steps to protect it. We have secure access to all transactional areas of our products using ‘https’ technology.

If in the unlikely event of our security being breached and your personal data accessed without authorisation, we will inform you, ascertain the impact, and tell you how we will respond, as a formal response procedure.

Access to our internal storage of your personal data is password-protected, and only available to authorised Cressive employees directly involved in the service delivered to you. We regularly monitor our systems so that they remain secure, up to date, and properly managed.

We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and provide you with our services. If your data is no longer needed for this purpose it will either be deleted or anonymised for statistical analysis, in our regular audits.

Access to the personal data we hold about you is available upon request by contacting us. We will always share with you the data we hold, upon your personal request, and correct any inaccurate or out of date data. Contact us to request that we stop holding or using your personal data.

To provide a great customer experience we need a minimum amount of your personal data. If you want us to hold less personal data that is your choice, just let us know, but by choosing so may impact the level of our service we can provide to you.

We dislike spam, like you do. We will not spam you. If you have queries or changes please contact us.
